27.Erlanger BSGW-Open vom 03. - 05.04.2009
121 Teilnehmer sah die 27.Auflage des Breitenschachturniers (DWZ < 2100) in Erlangen-Eltersdorf.
Mario Linsenmeyer (FSV Großenseebach) gewann das Turnier mit lupenreinen 5.0 Punkten.
Unsere Teilnehmer Richard Wörl (40.), Roger Walch (43.), Thomas Lais (45.), alle 3.0 Punkte, sowie Peter Thürauf (76.), 2.0 Punkte, landeten im Mittelfeld.
41. Erlanger BSGW-Open
Vom 27.-29.03.2026 fand in Eltersdorf wieder das jährliche Erlanger BSGW-Open statt. Von uns spielten Olha, Ege, Klaus und Richard mit.
Stefan Liepold vom SC Erlangen sicherte sich mit fünf Siegen den alleinigen 1. Platz. Olha konnte sich mit 3,5 Punketen den Damenpreis holen.

1. Goldschläger-Cup in Schwabach
Am 28.02.2026 veranstaltete der SK Schwabach mit dem 1. Goldschläger-Cup ein neues Schnellschachturnier. Unter den 46 Teilnehmern waren auch Alex Averin, Peter Erlbeck, Olha Ratushna und Jürgen Stiller.
Sieger wurde mit 6/7 Vitaliy Promyshlyanskyy von Noris-Tarrasch Nürnberg
